CircuSoft OPediT pedigree drawing software is a simple but elegant tool for generating graphical representations of complex breeding pedigrees. OPediT is an ideal companion to CircuSoft gMouse, allowing you to generate graphical pedigrees of almost any size from your transgenic mouse colony data.
This is the download page for the current beta version of OPediT. During this beta phase, the software will likely be updated frequently. The newest version of OPediT will automatically be installed every time you start the software. OPediT requires Java 1.4 or later and an internet connection to operate.
When lauching OPediT for the first time, you will be asked whether to trust a digital certificate signed by CircuSoft, an "unkown" source. This is perfectly normal, and as long as you trust us (we certainly hope that you will!), you can safely accept the certificate.
You will also be asked whether to allow OPediT to create a shortcut on your desktop. For your convenience, we recommend that you allow this to make launching the software easier in the future.
