CircuSoft gMouse 3 for Mac or Windows is a database software application designed for the individual research laboratory keeping colonies of genetically manipulated mice. Our software will allow you to keep detailed, organized, and fully searchable records of your entire colony. CircuSoft gMouse 3 is powerful and packed with features, yet simple to use and inexpensive.
CircuSoft gMouse is a FileMaker 7 solution. A licensed copy of FileMaker 7 or 8 is required for the Networked version of gMouse but not for the Standalone version.

CircuSoft gMouse allows remote computers to access a shared database over a local area network. To set up networking, you will need one computer to act as a server. This computer needs to be running gMouse at all times. For best performance you can use FileMaker Server 7 or 8, but for less than five simultaneous remote connections this is unnecessary. Each remote computer that will connect to the server also requires a licensed copy of FileMaker 7 or 8.
