OPediT Sample Pedigree Data Files | OPediT
This archive contains two sample data files. One file called 10081.pre is a pre-MAKEPED (linkage) formatted file containing a small pedigree. The other file called example2.csv is a comma-separated text file containing a larger pedigree exported from a gMouse database using the OPediT / gMouse export tool.
