New version of OPediT available
A new beta version of the OPediT pedigree drawing software tool is now available.
New Feature Highlights
- The graphical pedigree chart now displays the gMouse Animal ID instead of the database internal ID number.
- The process of tracing an animal back to its founders or down to its last progeny has been sped up and debugged.
- OPediT now automatically generates and displays a number of colony specific metrics in the Metrics tab. For example, the distributions of sexes, strains, genotypes, and lines in your input data are all graphed.
