PFRET v2.2 Released
CircuSoft is pleased to announce the release of version 2.2 of our PFRET software. The newest version has some great new features thanks to a lot of hard development and testing work by the W. M. Keck Center for Cellular Imaging at the University of Virginia.

| Back Bleedthrough Correction | New function called complete correction from menu SingleSection_FRET-correction to correct extra contamination in FRET image in addition to donor bleedthrough and acceptor bleedthrough correction. For the details of the algorithm used in the correction, check the book chapter. |
| Bleedthrough Calibration | New function called Calibration from menu SingleSection_FRET to show bleedthrough ratio for different intensity ranges. This function provides information about how the bleedthrough ratio is distributed in your sample, whether it varies with different intensity range or keeps a constant ratio for different intensity ranges. By checking different control samples, it also provides information on whether the bleedthrough ratio is stable or not in order to give you idea whether the algorithm is right for your sample data. |
